If you're ready to look honestly at what you're willing to release. If you're willing to do the preparation and integration work, not just show up for the ceremony.
This is not for you if you're looking for an escape, a party, or a quick fix. This retreat asks for real presence, before, during, and after.
Your Path Through RECLAIM
A five-day arc for an intimate group, held in the jungle outside Puerto Morelos. It begins before you arrive, with a live prep session, and continues after you leave, with a private 1:1 integration session. You're supported by two experienced facilitators and a shaman at every stage.
Arrive & Exhale
Settle into the jungle, meet your small group and facilitators, and let the outside world fall away.

Breathwork and somatic practice that grounds you before ceremony.
Journey Inward
The plant medicine ceremony itself, held by an experienced shaman and supported by your facilitators.

Processing what emerged, a visit to a cenote, and carrying your insights back into daily life.

Karina
Alex (Alexandra Zuber)
Karina has worked with plant medicine since 2022, when her own path through it changed the course of her life. She completed a year and a half of training as a Plant Medicine Integration Facilitator, alongside certifications in breathwork facilitation and yoga. During RECLAIM, she holds space for preparation, integration, and the somatic work that carries you through the days around ceremony. What began as her own search became a devotion to holding that same space for others.
Alexandra has spent over 15 years exploring personal development, healing, and what it truly takes to create lasting change. As a professional coach, she has trained in NLP, hypnosis, somatic trauma transformation, shadow work, and subconscious reprogramming, supporting others in breaking old patterns and stepping into a new way of being.
Her own 7-year long journey with plant medicine became a powerful turning point, helping her access and release what years of inner work alone hadn’t been able to reach. During RECLAIM, Alexandra guides the coaching and transformational work around the experience - helping you uncover the patterns holding you back, reconnect with yourself, and consciously choose who you want to become next and what kind of life you want to consciously lead.
The Ceremony is held by an experienced shaman, separate from your facilitators, who hold the surrounding container for the group. [name/credential if you want to include it, or keep this anonymous by design]
