Cancellation & Refund Policy
Your $500 deposit and any subsequent payments are non-refundable, except in one case: if your application is not approved following our review process, any payments made will be refunded in full.
Your remaining balance is due by December 8, 2026, regardless of when you applied. If payment is not received by this date, your spot may be released to another applicant.
If you need to cancel after your spot is confirmed, please reach out to us as soon as possible. While payments are non-refundable, we're happy to talk through your situation.
Code of Conduct
We ask all guests to:
Treat fellow guests, facilitators, and staff with respect at all times.
Refrain from alcohol and recreational drug use for the duration of the retreat.
Honor the group container, this includes being present for scheduled sessions and respecting the space others need during theirs.
Follow the preparation guidelines provided to you individually before the retreat.
We reserve the right to ask a guest to leave the retreat, without refund, if their behavior threatens the safety or wellbeing of the group.
Photo & Media Policy
During your stay, Lunita hosts an optional one-hour group photoshoot. If you'd prefer not to be included, let your facilitators know in advance and we'll make sure the photographer is aware before the session. Guests who participate are photographed under Lunita's own release, meaning Lunita retains rights to use those images for their own promotional purposes going forward.

Separately, Karina and Alex may take their own photos or video during the retreat for RECLAIM's own marketing and future promotion. You're welcome to let us know if you'd prefer not to be included in any of our own content as well, just tell us directly at any point during your stay.
