When done with proper screening, experienced facilitation, and preparation, this work is safe for most people, but it isn't suitable for everyone. Your safety depends on disclosing your full health picture honestly during screening.

Certain medications and health conditions aren't compatible with this work. Full eligibility details are covered in the private screening process after you apply.

Getting There

Fly into Cancún International Airport (CUN). Roundtrip transport from the airport to the retreat is included in your cost, exact pickup details provided once you're confirmed.

Most travelers, including from the US, Canada, the UK, and the EU, can enter Mexico visa-free for tourism, a permit is issued on arrival. Requirements vary by nationality, so confirm what applies to your passport before booking anything.

Travel insurance isn't included in your retreat cost and isn't required, but it's highly recommended. We'd encourage a policy that covers medical care abroad, given the remote location.

Before You Arrive

Preparation matters, both for your experience during the retreat and for how well it integrates afterward. This includes dietary and lifestyle guidelines in the weeks leading up to your stay, avoiding alcohol and recreational drugs, and giving yourself space to prepare mentally and emotionally for the work ahead. We'll walk you through the full preparation guidelines individually once you're confirmed, and go over everything together in the live group prep session before the retreat begins.

Most guidelines begin around two weeks before the retreat, and some continue for up to a month afterward. Full details are provided individually once you're confirmed.

Certain foods, substances, and medications need to be avoided in the lead-up to the retreat, alcohol, recreational drugs, and specific medications among them. We'll provide a complete list tailored to your situation as part of the screening and preparation process.

After You Leave

A private 1:1 integration session with one of your facilitators after you return. If you'd like continued support beyond that, additional sessions are available to book separately.
